Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Camus, the macOS and Slack GTM agent available at hirecamus.com and app.hirecamus.com. By creating a workspace or installing the app, you agree to them.
1. The service
Camus turns authorized work signals into content drafts you approve and publish, measures public engagement you opt into, qualifies engaged buyers against your ICP, and records the conversations and opportunities your team links. Camus never publishes for you, never contacts buyers, and never bulk-enriches contacts.
2. Beta status
Camus is in private beta. The service is provided free of charge during the beta, capacity is limited, and features can change or be withdrawn. We may introduce paid plans later; you will never be charged without explicit agreement.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and using Camus for business purposes.
- Your workspace binds to your Slack workspace; keep access to your Slack and paired devices secure.
- You are responsible for the members you invite and for admin actions taken in your workspace, including enrichment requests.
4. Your content and your data
- You own your work, your drafts, your published posts and your voice profile.
- You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service: processing your authorized signals, generating drafts, and storing what the Privacy Policy describes.
- For buyer data processed in your workspace, you are the data controller. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for your go-to-market activity and for honoring buyer requests you receive directly.
5. Acceptable use
- No spam, harassment, or unlawful outreach with information obtained through Camus.
- No attempt to extract, scrape or resell Camus data, or to reverse engineer the service.
- You are responsible for complying with the terms of the platforms where you publish, including LinkedIn, and with Slack’s terms in your workspace.
- We can suspend a workspace that abuses the service or harms third parties.
6. What we do not promise
Camus is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee leads, conversations, pipeline or revenue. We refuse to fake those numbers inside the product, and we will not promise them here either. During the beta there is no uptime commitment.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Termination
You can stop using Camus and delete your workspace at any time; the deletion pipeline described in the Privacy Policy applies. We can terminate or suspend the beta with reasonable notice, or immediately in case of abuse.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will post changes here with a new date and notify workspace admins of material changes. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
